So the team will call early on to introduce themselves, check you are expecting them and that they have the correct address.

Yes. Once your job has been completed, we e-mail you a copy of our job sheet with all details of what was done. That includes before and after pictures along with a Duty of Care waste transfer note  for extra peace of mind.

No. As long as we can get access to the waste and it is clear what materials are to be taken and what are to stay, then there is absolutely no need for you to be present.

You’ll still be notified by phone, text or email when the team arrives on site and also when the job has been completed. And you’ll receive before and after photos of the job.

We can also collect keys from a separate location and deliver them back once the job is complete.

If any problems arise on site, the team will call you straight away  to talk them through.
